Abstracting photos

In this photo series, I decided to play with abstraction during class. I experimented with cloning my classmates, and in one photo, I even made it look like my classmate had multiple arms. In two of the images, I focused more on textures, zooming in on tennis balls, adding an overlay, and playing with colors. I ended up liking the result because it looks like the tennis balls are underwater, since I used a tool to distort the image. In the other texture-based photo, I simply layered different textures over an image of my friend posing like a model, but I wanted to keep his pose clearly visible within the abstraction.
